Building the operating system around live professional education.

DigiVision Live connects the administrative work that usually sits across registration forms, webinar tools, spreadsheets, email, and certificate processes.

Why we are building it

The webinar room is only one part of a continuing education program.

Education teams also manage registration rules, participant access, attendance, completion, certificates, and reports. When each step lives in a separate tool, staff rebuild the program record after every session.

DigiVision Live is designed around that full operating record while leaving content, credit, pricing, and participant relationships with the organization.

How we work

Credibility starts with clear boundaries.

Describe what exists

Product screens use sample data, early-access status is explicit, and enterprise requirements are described as scoped work.

Keep education decisions with the organization

Your team controls content, speakers, pricing, completion requirements, credit decisions, and participant relationships.

Document the operating model before launch

Zoom, payments, membership verification, data handling, roles, and support expectations are reviewed during onboarding.

What an early-access engagement looks like

  1. 01

    Workflow review

We review your program frequency, audience, current systems, and completion requirements.

  2. 02

    Configuration

We define the plan, roles, registration rules, live-delivery setup, and reporting needs.

  3. 03

    Program launch

Your team receives an operating workspace and a documented path for launching the first program.
