Registrations and usage
A registration is counted each time a person is enrolled in a program, whether the registration is free, paid, imported, complimentary, or created through an API.
- One person registering for three programs counts as three registrations.
- Duplicate registrations for the same person and program count once.
- Free and paid registrations count equally.
- Imported and complimentary registrations count.
- Up to 10 speaker, staff, or test accounts per program are excluded.
- Additional speaker, staff, or test accounts count as registrations.
- Registrations do not roll over.
- Deleting an attendee record does not restore registration capacity.
- A confirmed registration continues to count if it is later refunded, canceled, or removed after access or communications were issued.
Yes. Free, paid, imported, complimentary, and API-created registrations all count toward the applicable allowance.
No. Association registration allowances reset each month and do not accumulate.
Single-program customers must upgrade or contact DigiVision before accepting additional registrations. Association customers can purchase a registration pack or upgrade their plan.
Plans and programs
Yes. Association plans may create unlimited programs, but all registrations count toward the organization’s monthly allowance.
One concurrent program is included. Overlapping programs require an additional arrangement.
Payments and delivery
Association, Association Plus, and Enterprise organizations can use their supported payment processor. Starter and Standard programs use the payment options enabled by DigiVision.
Association, Association Plus, and Enterprise customers can connect a supported organization-owned Zoom account.
Replay and support
No. Each plan includes a defined replay-hosting period. Extended or permanent hosting is available separately.
Platform support is included according to the selected plan. Speaker rehearsals, live technical production, and on-site staffing are separate managed services.
