Security & data

Security language should be specific enough to verify.

DigiVision Live is in early access. This page distinguishes controls present in the product from enterprise requirements that must be reviewed and documented before launch.

Available product controls

What we can describe today

Separate account entry points

Association staff and participants use distinct portal paths, with role-specific application views.

Production authentication

Production deployments require the configured authentication provider. Local demo authentication is disabled in production.

Organization-scoped workspaces

Staff routes and program operations are organized around the active organization and assigned role.

Controlled exports

Registration, attendance, completion, and reporting exports are provided through administrative workflows.

Enterprise review

Requirements documented before activation

We do not use a broad “enterprise-grade” claim as a substitute for review. The organization and DigiVision document the controls, integrations, responsibilities, and support terms required for the proposed deployment.
  • Single sign-on and identity-provider requirements
  • Custom domain and branding configuration
  • Membership, CRM, LMS, or reporting integrations
  • Data migration and retention requirements
  • Support contacts, response expectations, and escalation paths
  • Additional review required by the organization’s security or legal team

Review technical requirements before choosing a plan.

Tell us which identity, domain, integration, data, and support requirements your organization needs to evaluate.
